Background

iDentalSoft, an all-in-one cloud dental management SaaS, relied 100% on SEO for inbound leads. Dental practices came to them only when they wanted to upgrade their software to cloud-based solutions.

The Situation

Although iDentalSoft offers a unique and great product, we soon discovered they faced a set of problems:

  1. There are many all-in-one dental cloud software options out there, just like them.

  2. Different clinics have different sets of problems. They aren’t solving a single problem for every dentistry.

  3. Their sales team has never dealt with anyone else aside from inbound leads from SEO.

Oof, that’s a lot of issues... but also a lot of room for improvement!

The Solution

In any given market, only about 3% of people are actively looking to buy, while 97% are not aware of your solution. Our job is to create a selling system that transitions dental offices from 'Who are you?' to 'Shut up and take my money.’

It's quite obvious that approaching a dental practice and saying 'buy my stuff' is like asking a stranger to go home with you.

Their team lacks a no-brainer offer (cue Hormozi’s theme song) that dental clinics simply can't refuse.

So, we helped them compile three different offers that can help dentistries:

  1. Segmenting Leads

Because not every clinic faces the same problem, we address this with a data-driven approach to gather data and segment our leads:

  • If a clinic has a low rating, we suggested the Reputation Management feature, which can help increase their rating to attract more patients (Make More Money).

  • If a clinic has a high rating, we propose solutions to reduce operational costs while still serving more patients (Reduce Costs).

  • If a clinic has both a high rating and many reviews, we offer ways to streamline operations, preventing staff burnout (Save Time).

  1. Fixing Sales Problems

Their team has only managed inbound leads in the past, so closing outbound leads is new territory for them.
