The Situation

Before partnering with Cymate, Raymond and his team were running cold outreach themselves. As experts in retention, not cold email, they found themselves tangled in the complexities of sourcing quality leads, enriching the data, and configuring various sales engagement platforms to work together. Infrastructure

To support sending 20,000+ of emails per month, we need to ensure the right infrastructure is in place:

  • 33 secondary domains to protect their primary domain's reputation.

  • 100 warm-up mailboxes sourced directly from Google and Outlook

Within weeks of launching, all mailboxes were running at 100% health, ensuring their messages landed in the inbox.
